The item looks gorgeous and came exactly as described and displayed on the picture. I had issue with two portions of the functionality of the phone grip. First, the phone grip would not stay open all the way, which is unfortunate since I use my phone grips as a stand, and I can't do that with this one. Second, the adhesive has a habit of weakening after charging or using my phone. Once it gets a bit hot, the adhesive weakens and the grip comes right off.
